As if I didn't have enough to do getting ready for the Junk Bonanza, sewing aprons for vendors and crafters alike, I decided it was time to get moving on my new vintage Etsy shop. My "vintage treasures" were piling up in our garage and DBH was losing his patience. After tossing a lot of names around and coming up with names I liked, only to find that they were taken. I decided upon the name Blue Gate Vintage. Even Ki said the name had a nice sound to it.
Between sewing aprons, I have been slowly and I say slowly putting up listings in the new shop Blue Gate Vintage. Right now, I haven't focused in on one vintage category, I tend to have a diverse liking for all things vintage. I'm sure that will change over time. I have the "Common" things that you see all over but I also have what I think are "Uncommon" things too. I'm sure after I've been doing this as long as Ki I will have a different perspective on common vs. uncommon.
Anyways, if you get a chance come visit my new Etsy shop Blue Gate Vintage and come back here and tell me what you think. Be kind, I'm a newbie at all this and I know I still have lots to learn.
